Group CLASS

Hard and challenging workouts for those of all fitness levels. Over 60 minutes, Jamie will guide you through a high interval training based workout designed to push your personal envelope of stamina and endurance. Using various compound movements and equipment such as ( Tyre slams, Battle ropes, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls and many more), Jamie will target every major muscle group in a series of exercises that will build cardiovascular fitness and ultimately increase fat burning muscle. You are your only competition in this class, and Jamie will guide you down the path to become the best version of yourself.

When thinking about group fitness classes it can be extremely intimidating, with this in mind training is created and suited to all fitness levels and open to everyone. Our objective is to make sure that everyone is included, has proper form, is improving and most of all having fun whilst getting fit.

BOOTCAMP.

On our boot camps each session will be completely different adding in SUPER STRENGTH - HIIT - & RUNTERVAL.

These sessions are fun, here we focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a full body killer workout and a chance to sweat both inside and outside the gym. Kettle bells, tyres, ropes and weighted bags are also on the cards. We get through this one as a team. NO-ONE LEFT BEHIND.

PUNCHFIT

Punch Fit is a combination of both boxing and fitness drills. Team up with a friend or make new ones, this session is all about learning basic boxing techniques, increasing cardiovascular fitness and having fun.
